(1) I received this email from their call center confirming that a ‘Ticket” number has been issued.. Please take notice that I was not permitted to respond and nowhere does it indicate that they want to hear from and do not provide the means to contact them.
Also take notice that this ticket was started at approximately 3;30 pm at the end of the business day.
(2) At 7:30 AM the next morning I receive this email that provide no information about anything.. And do not notice that Canada Poop never communicated with me about any of the issues. Nor did they indicate what the issues were and what they solved..
It is impossible that they solved anything and did anything is this time frame from 3:30 pm to :30 am.
They would of had to talk to the owners of my building to arrange and or get permission to move this parcel box.
I know that was impossible as the owners and managers were not available yesterday afternoon and had no one answering their phones..
